"I am from Arequipa, a city in the south of the country but I have lived in Lima for a year and a half, I moved to this city to study professional photography. Before traveling to Lima I quit my job as a lawyer, I left a master's degree in business law, I left home, friends and family to dedicate myself to what I am truly passionate about, so now I am a photographer and a lawyer and I feel very happy with it. No one understands how I can have two such different professions, however I have been able to complement both careers, I am interested in research in social sciences, art and culture, especially also what is related to the social problems that my country experiences, that is why I am interested in photography as a means to analyze and talk about these issues and this I have also been able to complement my studies in law, since it has allowed me to make a more complete analysis of the problems of my country and its policies. My photographs also speak of myself, I am an only child of a family that was never consolidated, I grew up with my mother and two years ago I met my father, this episode is the one that has marked me the most as a person and the one that has made me face new ways of seeing life and new challenges, such as being able to finally carry my father's last name after 28 years. Despite the difficult experiences that I have had to assimilate, I feel that life has been very generous and I am very grateful for everything. Finally, I have a blog where I post some of my photographs http://rospostigo.blogspot.com , you are invited to come ".
